My product is damaged / defective, how can I return it?

In the unlikely event that your item is defective or damaged, please contact the Customer Experience team as soon as possible.

In order to help you the best we can, we will need:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damages/defects 
  • A photo of the damaged/defective area, we also require to see, in the same photo - the packaging your order arrived in, showing clearly the tracking number
